1. Acceptance
By using Oggi Italiano — Essentials (“the Course”) and related services, you agree to these terms.
2. Course access
Upon purchase you receive lifetime access to the video lessons and materials included in your plan. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account or redistribute course content.
3. Payment
Prices are in EUR. Payment is processed by Stripe. Refunds are subject to our refund policy (contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if you have not substantially used the course).
4. Live classes (Gold/Platinum)
Group or private lessons are subject to scheduling availability. Missed sessions may be subject to our cancellation policy as communicated at booking.
5. Intellectual property
All course content (videos, PDFs, exercises) is owned by Oggi Italiano. You may not download, copy, or distribute the content except for personal use of provided materials as intended.
